Comments: Jeff came out almost immediately to look at the job. We got on the roof and he assessed the job and explained everything pertinent or peripheral to the work thoughly and patiently. He gave me a verbal quote, which he followed up with a printed Proposal via email the next day. Came out the next week, one day late, but had called well in advance to inform me and work out an alternative day. Arrived when he said he would and complete the work in one trip. Jeff treats his helper/assistant with respect and patience--speaks volumes. Had one minor call back, but Jeff returned within 2'days after I called him and fixed the problem with no drama. Workmanship, timeliness, communication, reasonable price--All Excellent!

Comments: Kissner went above and beyond the call of duty. He talked me through all the options and made suggestions as to the best solution. When he mentioned he had to power wash the roof I asked him to power wash the rest of my mobile home so I did not have to hire an additional contractor. Now my home is both dry and clean. Well done.

Comments: My experience with Jeff Kissner was ideal. He answered my posting right away, came to see the job when he said he would, emailed me with a detailed quote, and figured out how to do it for less when he saw the huge deductible the insurance company would not pay. Explained things clearly to me (a layperson) and thoroughly to my husband (an engineer). Came to do the job on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly, and was altogether good-natured, helpful, and professional.

Comments: Fantastic to work with. Jeff came right out after I called, and fixed my roof the next day. I had a couple of blown off shingles, and another roofer had no interest in helping me. Jeff did great work in about 30 minutes, and charged me very little money. He's been local forever, and when I get my roof redone in a year, he'll be the guy I call.
